Well...you wont believe it...
But I found many of my childhood friends on ORKUT...
and LO! BEHOLD~~ ...a community was formed on our building's name ( a building that is now being used for only commercial purpose...) and we all started getting nostalgic...

b. The best cake parties we had.
c. The science club that we made..
d. The paper planes made in the lazy afternoons of summer vacations.
e. The rules of Cricket being modified to suit our building ground ( diwaal pe direct lagi toh 4 run.....tippa kha k laggi toh 2 run...aur one tip out... LOL)
f. The crackers we bought and how the new crackers (the ones that light the whole sky when they burst in the sky) were introduced and by whom.
g. How we used to play indoor games (scotland yard, business, uno, cards, ludo, indoor cricket (the one with a green pitch and a plastic bat and stuff))
h. The stamp collections we had.
i. The birthday parties we had...and the new year parties.
j. How after holi our families used 2 get together for a nice lunch.
k. the marble factories near our building from where we used to steal marbles to play "Satolia"
l. The track around our building where we used to drive our cycles performing stamina tests ( lap of 16 and stuff)
m. the ladies club formed in our building where we used to get magazines for a week. (and how we used to storm on wednesday 4 PM incase the club brought new magazines).
n. the TT tournaments that we had
o. The cricket tournaments we had. ( we had arranged for a Pepsi cup.... where we used to rank each other .....and have a series. we used to get a rupee from every player...and there was a brat with us...who used to crib every time his team lost...saying "Mujhe mera ek rupya chahiye")
p. the nearby semi forest area we had....(jahaan hum jugnu pakadne jaate the)
q. we even discussed about how many of us remembered the ones that came into the building for a short span of time..(say around 4-8 months).
r. the way we used to play cricket on our floors..and break window panes now and then.(fcoz u gotta run away holding your pants as soon as you heard the sound of the glass)
s. the incidents that happened when we played Hide and seek.
t. the new games invented by us... ( demons, evil dead et cetra)
u. the triangle formed between the building by the inner walls...where we used to play badminton
w. the old tree on which we used to just hang around
x. Ofcourse the video games that we played (and who used to be an expert in which game)
y. How we used to wait for the new Wrestle Mania (coz none of us had VCR's except for Vicky Bhaiya.)
z. The way we used to come jumping up and down on our floors
banging thaali with spoons anytime Srinath took a wicket in the match.
Well....i can still come up with more...LOL
Before discussing everything else....
We started a thread explaining....
a. Our full name (some of us were nicknamed otherwise...and were more famous with those)
b. The time span in which we stayed in our building (fcoz with the flat number)
c. Our educational Qualifications / Job Profile
d. Where we are currently.
Growing up happens in a heartbeat. One day you're in diapers; the next day you're gone. But the memories of childhood stay with you for the long haul.

Life just never keeps staying the same.
"Wrap up both ur arms arnd me...and make me feel like one of doz old aged buddies... no more pains .. no gains from uncalled laughters....No fake smiles...No Fake Hi Dude's.... Get Me Back My Jacket...and Get Me Back My Jeans... Those Lockets...Those Pockets...With Coins Jiggling In... Let me Pretend To the World That I Care... Let Me Finish My Job When Everydin's Fare... Lemme Wear Ur T's...and lemme shave with ur cream... Lemme Be The King...With Full Bloom...and I Please.... "
